Arrow Picked Up For Full Season

The CW’s new smash hit  Arrow has been picked up for a full season. The hit show drew 4.14 million viewers for its premiere. It was also the only new drama to maintain its viewership among adults 18 to 49 in its second episode. The CW President, Mark Pedowitz stated on the decision that ““Our strategy of rolling out our new fall schedule later in the year really paid off for The CW on several levels, especially with ARROW, which was the network’s most watched premiere in three years and is one of the breakout hits of the new season,I’m proud of the quality of ARROW and I’m happy we’ll be able to share more of it with viewers.”

Stephen Amell (who plays Oliver/Arrow) also shared his excitement via twitter by tweeting “”Best way to start a Monday? Getting picked up for your back nine episodes. Thwick. #Arrow”. Source : TVGuide
