Tom Hardy Cast As Green Lantern For Justice League Movie. There was a bit of a debate going on recently, about whether or not Ryan Reynolds should return as the Green Lantern for the Justice League movie, following the flop of the Green Lantern standalone movie. Some claim that Ryan should get another shot at it, while others believe that a new star should be cast.


 Ryan Reynolds has been hinting  recently that he would be happy to let the role go to someone else, although he could be tempted back.Well that temptation has now been taken away from him, the Justice League movie will see a new actor in the role of Green Lantern. Seems that Tom Hardy will be given the chance to rebirth the lantern in the new team up movie. It has been revealed that Mad Max: Fury Road star Tom Hardy has been cast in the role of Green Lantern for the Justice League movie. It is believed that the character's alter ego will once again be Hal Jordan but Tom Hardy is expected to bring a much different spin on the character. With his performance as Bane in the Batman Dark Knight Rises, look for Hardy to bring a new approach to Green Lantern.

Henry Cavill will be Superman, and Eddie Redmayne will play Batman, Meghan Markle will play Wonder Woman and Ryan Gosling will play The Flash. The only character left to cast for the Justice League movie is Aquaman. Hopefully we hear who's been cast soon! Who would you like to see as Aquaman?
